5052 aluminum
The main alloying element of 5052 is magnesium, which has good formability, corrosion resistance, weldability and medium strength. It is used for manufacturing aircraft oil tank, oil pipe, as well as sheet metal parts of traffic vehicles and ships, instruments, street lamp bracket and rivets, hardware products, electric-motor shell and so on.(2) al-mn alloy, is one of the most widely used anti-rust aluminum, this alloy of high strength, especially with fatigue strength: plastic and corrosion resistance, not heat treatment strengthening, in the semi-cold hardening plastic is still good, cold hardening plastic is low, corrosion resistance, good welding, cutting performance is bad, can be polished.It is mainly used for low-load parts that require high plasticity and good weldability, working in liquid or gas medium, such as oil tank, gasoline or lubricating oil pipe, various liquid containers and other small load parts made by deep drawing: wire is used for rivets.
